Revolve acquires 9.6 MW Montana wind project for $10.48M

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (CSE: REVV)(OTCQB: REVVF) has completed the acquisition of the Horseshoe Bend Wind Project, a 9.6 megawatt operating wind facility located in Montana, according to a company press release.

The aggregate purchase price for the acquisition was US$10,480,000. Revolve acquired 100% of the equity interest in the project. The company had entered into definitive agreements on September 9, 2026, with the acquisition closing shortly after.

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (CSE: REVV)(OTCQB: REVVF) has signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% of the equity interests in the 9.6 megawatt Horseshoe Bend Wind Project in Montana for total consideration of US$10,480,000.

The agreements were dated September 9, 2026. Upon closing, Horseshoe Bend would become Revolve's first operating power generation project in the United States, according to a press release from the Vancouver-based company.

Revolve plans to fund the acquisition through project-level debt financing from Export Development Canada (EDC) and Vancity Capital Corporation, along with proceeds from a previously announced bridge credit facility with Whitfield Power Solutions, LLC.
