Rumble Resources changes name to NovaRed Mining Inc

Rumble Resources Inc. (CSE: RB) (OTCQB: RBRSF) announced it will change its name to NovaRed Mining Inc., effective February 11, 2026.

The company stated the name change aims to avoid confusion with other public companies with the same or similar names. The new trading symbol will be "NRED" on the Canadian Securities Exchange, with a new CUSIP number of 66989Y101 and ISIN of CA66989Y1016.

Trading under the new name and symbol will commence at market opening on February 11, 2026, according to the CSE.

The name change will not affect shareholder rights or require any action from shareholders. No capital consolidation will occur,
