Qtrex Quantum Ltd. (Nasdaq: QTEX) announced that all warrants previously held by the selling shareholder named in the company's July 2026 registration statement on Form F-1 have been exercised in full, covering 6,785,715 ordinary shares.

According to the announcement, the company now has no active at-the-market offering program, no convertible debt, and no investor warrants outstanding, aside from an immaterial number of warrants issued to investment banks as part of prior fundraises.
