Quinto Resources Inc. (TSXV: QIT) has entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Route 109 Project, a mineral exploration property in Quebec, Canada, comprising 433 contiguous claims covering 24,079 hectares.

Under the agreement, dated September 8, 2026, Quinto must spend a total of C$3,500,000 in exploration expenditures over four years, including a minimum of C$500,000 before November 1, 2026. The company must also make aggregate cash payments of C$1,100,000 to the optionors and issue 8,000,000 common shares subject to an 18-month escrow period. (TSXV: QIT) (the "Company" or "Quinto") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive option agreement with certain individuals (the "Optionors"), dated September 8, 2026 (the "Option Agreement"), whereby the Company shall have the option to acquire a 100% undivided right, title and interest in and to mineral tenures comprising the Route 109 Project (the "Project") located in Québec, Canada (the "Option"), comprising 433 contiguous claims on 24,079 hectares.
