DiagnaMed Holdings Corp. (CSE: DMED, OTCQB: DGNMF) has announced its intention to change its corporate name to GeoHydrogen Corp., subject to acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable corporate approvals, according to a company statement.

The company said its common shares are expected to trade on the CSE under the ticker symbol "GEOH" following the change. The U.S. OTCQB symbol will be updated at a later date. The name change will not affect the number of shares outstanding, and existing share certificates will remain valid.
