Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - September 8, 2026) - Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC) (OTCQB: QIMCF) (FSE: 7FJ) ("QIMC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the launch of two district-scale, non-invasive 2D seismic programs totalling approximately 78 line-kilometres: an approximately 36 line-kilometre 2D Vibroseis survey at the Company's Témiscamingue clean natural hydrogen project in Québec, and an approximately 42 line-kilometre 2D Vibroseis survey across QIMC's Nova Scotia natural hydrogen district.

HPQ Silicon completes fumed silica reactor test with operational gains

HPQ Silicon Inc. (TSX-V: HPQ, OTCQB: HPQFF, FRA: O08) completed the first test in Phase 2 of its Fumed Silica Reactor pilot project on August 20, 2025, achieving operational improvements in partnership with PyroGenesis Inc. (TSX: PYR, OTCQX: PYRGF, FRA: 8PY1).

Test #6 demonstrated a 50% reduction in start-up time required to bring the reactor to optimal operating conditions. The company doubled the number of semi-continuous batches compared to the previous test while increasing total material output fivefold.
