Parsons wins $28 million Air Force task order for GARDEM support

Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) received a $28 million task order from the U.S. Air Force to provide field site support under the Global Application Research, Development, Engineering, and Maintenance (GARDEM) 2 program, according to a company statement.

The five-year task order represents one of four GARDEM contracts Parsons secured in 2026, bringing the company's total awards for the program to $218 million. Under the agreement, Parsons will deliver onsite training, demonstrations, system enhancements, modifications, integration, testing, deployments, and lifecycle maintenance for GARDEM 2 software baselines.

The work will support the Air Force Research Laboratory's efforts to mature, evaluate, and deploy advanced technologies

SealingTech, a subsidiary of Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN), announced the release of its Zepharis Software Suite designed for air-gapped environments on June 2. The software package includes artificial intelligence capabilities and deployment automation tools for operational edge computing.

The suite consists of two main components: Zepharis AI and Zepharis Kit Deployer. Zepharis AI evolved from the company's previous Operator X product and operates without internet connectivity, requiring only a compatible GPU. Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) received a $99 million task order from the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory to develop command and control software technologies. The contract includes a five-year plus two-month performance period.

Parsons-designed D Line subway extension opens in Los Angeles

Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) announced that the Los Angeles County Transportation Authority opened Section 1 of the D Line Subway Extension project. The company served as lead designer for the 3.9-mile subway segment, which runs from Wilshire/Western in Los Angeles to Beverly Hills.

The extension includes three new underground stations at La Brea, Fairfax, and La Cienega. Parsons performed design management and final design work for the project, according to a company statement.

The D Line Extension project will ultimately extend the transit system westward for approximately nine miles under Wilshire Boulevard when completed. The project is being constructed in three sections.
