DA Davidson Reiterates Buy Rating on Progress Software (PRGS) on Strong Q2 Results

DA Davidson analyst Lucky Schreiner reiterated a Buy rating and $40.00 price target on Progress Software (NASDAQ: PRGS).

The analyst commented, "Progress reported a strong 2Q26 with results well above expectations driven by broad based demand though favorable deal timing contributed to the outperformance. As a result of healthy underlying demand trends FY26 revenue guidance was raised above expectations though 3Q26 revenue guidance came in below expectations given deal timing. SaaS revenue growth is proving durable and overall business trends are positive around both net new customer growth and expansions."
