DA Davidson Reiterates Buy Rating on CPI Card Group (PMTS)

DA Davidson analyst Peter Heckmann reiterated a Buy rating and $30.00 price target on CPI Card Group (NASDAQ: PMTS).

The analyst commented, "After the market close, CPI Card Group issued a notice of redemption for $26.5M (10%) of their outstanding $265.0M aggregate principal 10.0% senior secured notes. CPI ended 1Q26 with $19M in cash and $280M in debt, representing a net leverage ratio on trailing adjusted EBITDA of 3.0x. CPI Card Group (NASDAQ: PMTS) has appointed Terra Grantham as Chief Financial Officer on a permanent basis, effective immediately, according to a press release from the Denver-based payments technology company.

Grantham had been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since February. She joined CPI in 2017 and most recently held the role of Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and Growth.
