Polyrizon Ltd. (Nasdaq: PLRZ) announced the enrollment of the first patient in a U.S. clinical study evaluating its investigational nasal spray, NASARIX (PL-14), for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis, according to a press release dated Sept. 22, 2026.

The enrollment marks the company's transition from a preclinical to a clinical-stage biotech. Polyrizon is based in Raanana, Israel, and specializes in intranasal hydrogel medical devices.
