PBT Land and Minerals, Inc. has announced October 13, 2026 as the record date for its proposed rights offering, with a subscription price set at $28.08 per share, according to a company press release.

The subscription price represents 87.5% of the volume-weighted average price of Permian Basin Royalty Trust (NYSE: PBT) units over the five consecutive trading days ending October 2, 2026.

ABILENE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PBT Land and Minerals, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced the establishment of October 13, 2026 as the record date for its proposed rights offering and $28.08 per share as the subscription price.
