Pacific Arc Resources CFO resigns, director named interim replacement

Pacific Arc Resources Ltd. (TSXV: PAV.H) announced that Stephen Brohman resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 14, 2026.

The company's Board of Directors appointed Mark Klein as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective October 15, 2026, until a permanent successor is named. Klein, who also serves as a director, interim Chief Executive Officer, and Corporate Secretary, will take on the additional role during the transition period.

Brohman has offered to assist with the transition of the company's accounting and financial reporting matters, according to a statement from the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company.
