Oliveda International Inc. (OTC: OLVI) announced plans to pursue a Nasdaq listing in 2027, according to a company statement. The announcement coincides with the third anniversary of its subsidiary Olive Tree People Inc. in North America.

Olive Tree People, founded by Thomas Lommel in Venice Beach in 2023, reported generating $6.5 million in revenue in its first year and $104.5 million in its second year. The company stated it exceeded its initial goal of recruiting 30,000 waterless beauty consultants within 18 months, reaching over 50,000 consultants.
