Transoceanic chairman buys 6M shares for $390,000

Transoceanic Investments Inc. (TSXV: OCEN) (OTCQB: OCEEF) announced that its chairman, Fahad Al-Tamimi, acquired 6,000,000 common shares on September 22, 2026, at $0.065 per share for total consideration of $390,000, exclusive of brokerage fees and commissions.

Prior to the transaction, Al-Tamimi held 26,896,837 shares, representing approximately 15.89% of the company's issued and outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis. Following the purchase, his holdings increased to 32,896,837 shares, representing approximately 19.43% on a non-diluted basis.

Al-Tamimi also holds 6,980,000 warrants and 1,300,000 stock options. If all convertible securities were exercised, his total holdings would represent approximately 23.19% of issued and outstanding shares on

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New York Life Investments today announced plans to liquidate the NYLI Cleaner Transport ETF (CLNR) and the NYLI Clean Oceans ETF (OCEN) (the “Funds”).

The Funds will cease trading and no longer accept creation or redemption orders after market close on April 9, 2025. Proceeds of the liquidation are expected to be sent to shareholders on or about April 16, 2025.
