New Zealand Energy Corp. (TSXV: NZ) announced an amendment to its Gas Supply Agreement with Genesis Energy Limited, broadening the potential sources of natural gas that may be supplied under the arrangement.

The company, through the Tariki joint venture with co-venturer L&M Energy Limited, originally entered into the Gas Supply Agreement with Genesis in July 2024. The amendment expands the scope of the agreement to allow aggregation of gas production across three licence areas. Financial terms of the amended arrangement remain confidential.
