NextNRG reports $8.9M in June revenue, up 26% year-over-year

NextNRG, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXXT) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of $8.9 million for June 2026, a 26% increase from $7.0 million in June 2025, according to a press release from the Miami-based company.

Gross profit rose approximately 44% year-over-year to roughly $654,000, compared to approximately $455,000 in the same month of the prior year. Gross margin expanded to 7.4% from 6.5% in June 2025.

The company said gallons delivered remained flat at approximately 2.1 million gallons year-over-year, meaning the revenue and gross profit growth occurred without an increase in fuel volume.

June marks the sixth consecutive month of double-digit year-over-year revenue growth in 2026,

NextNRG Inc. (NASDAQ: NXXT) entered into a merchant cash advance agreement with Avanza Capital Holdings, LLC on June 30, 2026, according to a current report filed with the SEC.

Under the terms of the agreement, NextNRG sold $1,499,900 of its future accounts receivable and contract rights to Avanza for a purchase price of $1,000,000. After deducting an underwriting and program fee of $60,000, the company received net proceeds of $940,000.

In exchange, NextNRG is required to remit 25% of its daily settlements and receivables to Avanza until the full $1,499,900 is collected. An initial estimated periodic payment of $62,496 will be debited

NextNRG starts pre-construction on two California healthcare microgrids

NextNRG, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXXT) has begun pre-construction on two healthcare microgrid projects in California, according to a press release issued July 7, 2026.

The projects are located at Sunnyside Nursing Center in Torrance and Topanga Terrace in Canoga Park. Together, the systems will provide approximately 724 kW of rooftop solar generation and 1 MWh of battery energy storage.

NextNRG will own, operate, and maintain both systems under 28-year power purchase agreements. Pre-construction work includes site surveys, structural and electrical drawings, permitting compliant with the Healthcare Facility Accessibility Information System (HCAI), equipment procurement, and utility interconnection.

The facilities are served by Southern California Edison

EzFill to deliver 50,000 gallons for soccer tournament generators in Miami

NextNRG, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXXT) announced that its mobile fueling platform, EzFill, is providing on-site fuel delivery services to support generator operations at a major international soccer tournament currently underway in Miami.

EzFill expects to deliver more than 50,000 gallons of fuel in total to power temporary generator infrastructure at the venue.
