Nexcel Metals Corp. (CSE: NEXX) (OTCQB: NXXCF) has entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in a 500-hectare mineral claim package in New Brunswick, known as the Fitzgerald Claims, adjacent to its existing Burnt Hill Tungsten Project.

The agreement, dated June 21, 2026, was signed between Nexcel and Roger Fitzgerald. The Fitzgerald Claims comprise 25 mineral claim units located immediately north of the Burnt Hill project and contiguous with several of Nexcel's existing claim blocks.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nexcel will pay a total of $100,000 in cash in four equal installments of $25,000 over 36 months.
