FORT Robotics raises $20M led by Tiger Global ahead of Nasdaq listing

FORT Robotics, Inc. has secured approximately $20 million in new funding from existing investors, with Tiger Global leading an approximately $10 million financing round that also includes participation from Mark Cuban Companies. Tiger Global has separately committed an additional $10 million to a previously announced common equity PIPE tied to FORT's planned business combination with Newbury Street II Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: NTWO).

Combined with earlier commitments, total committed capital in connection with the proposed business combination now exceeds $50 million, according to a press release from the company.

Upon closing of the business combination, the combined entity is expected to list on
