Netscout doubles Arbor Cloud DDoS mitigation capacity to 33 Tbps

Netscout Systems (NASDAQ: NTCT) announced it has doubled its Arbor Cloud DDoS attack mitigation capacity to 33 Tbps, with the expansion expected to be fully completed by the end of August 2026.

The capacity increase spans 16 global scrubbing centers and follows the company's recent acquisition of DDoS network and infrastructure. The Arbor Cloud service combines cloud-based traffic scrubbing with on-premises DDoS defense through automated cloud signaling and is supported by a 24-hour security operations center.

The announcement comes as large-scale DDoS attacks have grown in size and frequency. According to Markets and Markets, the DDoS protection market is projected to continue
