Nations Royalty Corp. (TSXV: NRC) (OTCQB: NRYCF) (FSE: Y96) announced the closing of its bought deal private placement for gross proceeds of C$15 million, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option.

The company sold 9,375,000 units at C$1.60 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at C$2.25 until January 30, 2029.
