Nordique Critical Metals gets TSXV approval for Kwyjibo stake

Nordique Critical Metals Inc. (TSXV: NQC | FRA: J6K | OTCQB: JORFF) has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its option to earn up to an 80% undivided interest in the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project in Québec, the company said in a statement based on a press release.

The project is located 125 km northeast of Sept-Îles in the Côte-Nord region. The deal was structured through a definitive agreement with SOQUEM Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Investissement Québec, originally dated November 17, 2025, and amended February 4, 2026.
