Stable sells revenue-share portfolio to Navigator Global for $190M

Stable Asset Management has completed the sale of a portfolio of minority, net revenue-share interests in alternative asset managers to Navigator Global Investments (ASX: NGI) for $190 million, according to a press release from Stable.

The transaction establishes a long-term strategic partnership between the two firms, under which Stable will continue to manage and monitor the portfolio, to be known as the NGI Stable Growth portfolio, on behalf of NGI.

As part of the closing, Stable's limited partners and Stable became minority shareholders in NGI. The deal received regulatory approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board.
