Exploits Discovery Corp. (CSE: NFLD) (OTCQB: NFLDF) (FSE: 634) announced plans to change its corporate name to Epic Gold Corp. and its stock symbol to EPG, according to a press release.

The company has extended its winter drill program at the Fenton Project in Quebec by up to an additional 2,000 metres after completing approximately 3,000 metres of drilling. The transaction, originally announced in September, generated consideration of 2,821,556 New Found Gold shares valued at approximately $11.8 million based on New Found Gold's December 4 closing price of $4.18 per share. Exploits also received a 1% net smelter returns royalty on certain mineral claims.
