Fort Technology Inc. (TSXV: FORT, Nasdaq: FRTT), a majority-owned subsidiary of Nexera Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: NEXR, NEXRW), completed the acquisition of a 50.1% equity stake in Logia USA Inc. on August 26, 2026, according to a press release from Nexera.
