NTG Clarity Networks Inc. (TSXV: NCI) (OTC Pink: NYWKF) announced the appointment of Ahmed Hashem to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026, according to a company press release. Hashem replaces Mohamed Saleem Siddiqi, who retired from the board after serving since 2017.

Hashem will join the Audit and Compensation Committees. He brings more than 30 years of experience in business and enterprise systems architecture, with background in the telecom, energy, IT, and financial sectors. Neo-Concept International Group Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: NCI) announced the pricing of a registered direct offering of 2,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $1.00 per share, or pre-funded warrants at $0.99 each, according to a press release.

The Hong Kong-based apparel services company expects to raise approximately $2.0 million in gross proceeds before placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about October 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Purchasers in the offering may elect to buy up to 200% additional Class A ordinary shares and/or pre-funded warrants at the same price within 60 days
