Mundoro Capital Inc. (TSXV: MUN) (OTCQB: MUNMF) completed a C$1.5 million private placement in November 2025 and entered into an option agreement with BHP for seven exploration licenses in Serbia's Timok Magmatic Complex.
The Vancouver-based mining company raised C$1,517,500 through an oversubscribed, non-brokered private placement at C$0.26 per share.
