Blue Moon Metals completes acquisition of tungsten claims for $1 million

Blue Moon Metals Inc. (TSXV: MOON) (NASDAQ: BMM) completed its acquisition of mining claims adjacent to its Springer tungsten project, the company announced. The transaction involved nine unpatented mining claims acquired from GoldPlay LLC and Robert Schafer.

The company paid $1 million in cash and issued 188,199 common shares to complete the purchase. As part of the agreement, Blue Moon granted the sellers a gross revenue royalty on a sliding scale from 3.0% to 5.0%. The company retains an option to reduce this royalty to 1.5% within three years by paying $2 million.

The acquisition was initially announced on April 28, 2026.
