MiniLuxe Holding Corp. (TSXV: MNLX) announced a non-brokered private placement offering of Class A subordinate voting shares priced at $0.58 per share. The nail care and beauty services company expects to raise between $3.5 million and $5 million in gross proceeds, with commitments already exceeding the minimum threshold.

The offering is priced at a premium to current market levels, according to the company's statement. MiniLuxe anticipates closing the placement by June 5, subject to formal documentation completion and regulatory approvals, including final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
