Critical One Energy changes U.S. trading symbol to CTLOF on OTCQB

Critical One Energy Inc. (OTCQB: CTLOF) announced that its common shares began trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the new symbol "CTLOF," effective September 3, 2026, replacing the prior symbol "MMTLF."

According to the company, the symbol change completes a market identity transition announced in December 2024, when the company adopted the Critical One Energy name. The new U.S. symbol is derived from the Critical One name and is intended to align with its Canadian Securities Exchange symbol "CRTL."

The second tranche brings the total offering to 6,116,910 flow-through shares for aggregate gross proceeds of CDN$6,728,601. The first tranche closed on July 31, 2026, raising CDN$5,628,601 through the issuance of 5,116,910 shares at the same price of CDN$1.10 per share.
