Kornit Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: KRNT) announced a chief financial officer transition and authorized a new $100 million share repurchase program, according to a company statement.

Lauri Hanover will step down as CFO in mid-December 2025 for personal reasons after serving three years in the role and seven years on the company's board. Assaf Zipori will replace her as CFO.

Zipori previously served as global CFO of Nano Dimension Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNDM) following its acquisition of Markforged Holding Corporation (NYSE: MKFG), where he also held the CFO position. He has held senior financial roles at Component Control, Amdocs, and Retalix, and worked at
