Wendel (Euronext: MF.FP) announced its support for MTN Group's offer to acquire IHS Holding Limited (NYSE: IHS), which will result in full liquidity for Wendel's approximately 19% stake in the tower company.

MTN's offer values IHS Towers at $8.5 per share, representing a 36% premium to the 52-week volume-weighted average price as of February 4, 2026. The transaction will generate net proceeds of approximately $535 million for Wendel, representing a 21% premium over the company's latest reported Net Asset Value as of September 30, 2025.
