SEGG Media faces Nasdaq delisting risk over late quarterly filing

Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (Nasdaq: SEGG, LTRYW), known as SEGG Media, announced it received a Staff Determination letter from Nasdaq on October 14, 2026, stating the company has not regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company has requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel and paid a $20,000 hearing fee. The hearing request stays any suspension for 15 days from the date of the request. SEGG Media has also requested an extended stay pending the hearing, which is typically scheduled 30 to 45

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has unanimously affirmed a lower court's dismissal with prejudice of all fraud-related claims against Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (NASDAQ: SEGG, LTRYW), known as SEGG Media, and its former chief executive officer.
