Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (NYSE: LSPD) announced a set of product updates for its retail and hospitality platforms, adding AI-powered tools, payments automation, and multi-location management features.

On the retail side, Lightspeed launched an integration with marketing platform Klaviyo that syncs customer, sales, and product data in real time to automate personalized communications. The company also introduced an AI Blog Builder that generates SEO-optimized content and an AI section generator embedded in its website editor. Lightspeed Scanner now surfaces cross-sell recommendations at checkout using 90-day basket analysis data. A new omnichannel customer portal lets shoppers view order history and manage loyalty points
