Lion Rock Resources Inc. (TSXV: ROAR) (FSE: KGB) (OTCQB: LRRIF) completed phase 1 of its drilling program at the Volney Project in South Dakota's Black Hills mining district. The company finished 15 drill holes totaling approximately 3,600 meters of diamond drilling.

The drilling targeted gold-bearing horizons and lithium-bearing pegmatites along the Volney trend near historic mines including Giant Volney, Rusty, and Rough & Ready. Five holes targeted lithium-bearing pegmatites, five targeted gold-bearing structures, and five targeted both lithium and gold mineralization.
