Kingsway Corporation (NYSE: KWY) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Image Solutions, LLC has acquired the assets of Romeo Computer Company, Inc. (RCC), a Michigan-based provider of managed IT and cybersecurity solutions. The transaction closed on August 1, 2026.

The purchase price was $2.4 million. RCC reported unaudited pro forma annual revenue of approximately $2.5 million and unaudited pro forma adjusted EBITDA of approximately $0.5 million for the twelve months ended April 30, 2026.

The deal was funded through a combination of cash on hand and debt financing at the Image Solutions level. Kingsway provided no additional equity capital for the transaction. The

Kingsway Corporation (NYSE: KWY) has appointed Fletcher Vynne as an Operator-in-Residence within its Kingsway Search Xcelerator segment, according to a company press release.

Vynne previously served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Risk Mitigation Consulting, a cybersecurity and critical infrastructure services firm, where he built the company's corporate development function, closed two acquisitions, and led integration management for both transactions. Before that role, he was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, advising manufacturing, defense, and public-sector clients on operations and cost transformation.

Vynne holds a bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Haas School of Business
