Gold X2 Mining Inc. (TSXV: AUXX) announced it will acquire all outstanding shares of Kesselrun Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KES) through a definitive agreement dated September 30, 2025.

Under the transaction terms, each Kesselrun shareholder will receive $0.02 in cash and 0.2152 Gold X2 shares for each Kesselrun share held. Following completion, existing Kesselrun shareholders will own approximately 4.13% of Gold X2's total issued share capital.

The acquisition will give Gold X2 a 100% interest in Kesselrun's Huronian Gold Project, a past-producing mine located adjacent to Gold X2's Moss Gold Project in Northern Ontario. The transaction also includes Kesselrun's Bluffpoint Gold Project.
