Kiboko Gold names new CFO and board member

Kiboko Gold Inc. (TSXV: KIB) appointed Jody Bellefleur as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately, according to a company statement. Bellefleur brings over 15 years of public company experience in financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

The appointment follows the resignation of Bradley Boland from the CFO and Corporate Secretary positions. Bellefleur also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Zimtu Capital Corp., which owns 1,875,000 common shares and 1,875,000 warrants of Kiboko, representing approximately 10.92% of the company's issued shares on an undiluted basis.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jody Bellefleur as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. With more than 15 years of experience with public companies, Ms. Bellefleur brings significant expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Bellefleur also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Zimtu Capital Corp. (“Zimtu”).

Kiboko Gold raises $1M through private placement, consolidates shares

Kiboko Gold Inc. (TSXV: KIB) closed a non-brokered private placement raising $1,020,000 and completed a 10-to-1 share consolidation, according to a company statement.

The company issued 12,750,000 units at $0.08 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.12 for two years. Following the private placement, Kiboko has 17,163,709 post-consolidated common shares outstanding.

The share consolidation was completed immediately before the private placement closed, with shareholders receiving one post-consolidation share for every ten pre-consolidation shares held. The TSX Venture Exchange approved the consolidation, and shares began trading on the new basis January 23, 2026.
