Ives Ultra AI Opportunities Inc. (NYSE: IVAI) priced its initial public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock at $10.00 per share, according to a press release, bringing the total offering size to $200 million.

The company, a closed-end investment fund focused on private AI companies, began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Sept. 30, 2026, under the ticker symbol "IVAI." The offering is expected to close on Oct. 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
