ITC Infotech signs multi-year tech deal with British American Tobacco

ITC Infotech announced a multi-year technology services agreement with British American Tobacco (BAT), expanding an existing partnership to cover operations across Poland, Romania, and India, according to a company press release.

Under the deal, ITC Infotech will provide technology services to BAT across those three countries while also supporting BAT's existing technology hubs in Malaysia and Mexico. The agreement includes collaboration on BAT's newly launched Future Capabilities Centre in India.

ITC Infotech said it plans to strengthen its onshore capabilities in Europe as part of the arrangement, with those resources to be redeployed over time to support growth across the region.
