InterCure Ltd. (Nasdaq: INCR) announced a 1-for-5 reverse split of its ordinary shares, with trading to begin on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on August 24, 2026.

The company stated the primary purpose of the reverse split is to increase its per-share trading price in order to regain compliance with Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Market. Shares will continue to trade under the symbol "INCR" with a new CUSIP number of M549GJ368.

InterCure raises NIS 22M in private placement at a share premium

InterCure Ltd. (Nasdaq: INCR, TASE: INCR), also known as Canndoc, has entered into a binding term sheet for a private placement raising NIS 22 million (approximately $7.4 million), with the potential to increase to NIS 54 million (approximately $18.6 million) if associated warrants are fully exercised.

The placement includes investment commitments from the company's Chief Executive Officer, Alexander Rabinovich, and institutional investors including Bennu Pharma Fund Ltd.
