(Nasdaq: INCR, TASE: INCR), also known as Canndoc, has entered into a binding term sheet for a private placement raising NIS 22 million (approximately $7.4 million), with the potential to increase to NIS 54 million (approximately $18.6 million) if associated warrants are fully exercised.

The placement includes investment commitments from the company's Chief Executive Officer, Alexander Rabinovich, and institutional investors including Bennu Pharma Fund Ltd. Under the terms, InterCure will issue 7,895,143 ordinary shares at NIS 2.75 (approximately $0.94) per share, a modest premium to the June 17, 2026 closing price of NIS 2.69 on the Tel Aviv Stock
