(NASDAQ: MDCX) ("Medicus" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results of the Company's annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders that was held on July 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), at the law offices of Bennett Jones in Toronto, Ontario.
