Humankind US Stock ETF to liquidate after failing to attract assets

Humankind Investments announced the liquidation of the Humankind US Stock ETF (NYSE: HKND) after the fund failed to attract sufficient investment assets.

The fund's board of directors authorized the orderly liquidation following a recommendation from Humankind Investments LLC. The last trading day for the ETF will be December 1, 2025, which will also mark the final day for accepting creation units from authorized participants.

Shareholders can sell their holdings before the closing date, though customary brokerage charges may apply. Authorized participants may redeem baskets of shares for a pro rata portion of the fund's portfolio through December 1.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Upon the recommendation of Humankind Investments LLC, the Directors of the Humankind Benefit Corporation (the "Board") has authorized an orderly liquidation of the Humankind US Stock ETF (NYSE: HKND; the "Fund"). After careful consideration of a number of factors, including its inability to attract sufficient investment assets, the Board concluded that it is advisable and in the best interest of the Fund and its shareholders to liquidate the Fund.
