Hagerty, Inc. (NYSE: HGTY) has priced a secondary offering of 9,250,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock at $11.95 per share, according to a press release from the company. The shares are being sold by Hagerty Holding Corp., the selling stockholder, with the offering expected to close on or about September 11, 2026.

Hagerty will not receive any proceeds from the sale. The net proceeds will be used by Hagerty Holding Corp. to redeem a corresponding number of its own shares for the benefit of the Kim Hagerty Revocable Trust.
