Great Quest Gold Ltd. (TSX-V: GQ) announced it received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its proposed reverse takeover transaction by Lotus Gold Corporation. Following completion of the transaction, the company will be renamed Ongwe Minerals Inc. and is expected to begin trading under the symbol "OGW" next week.
