GMEX Robotics Corporation (NASDAQ: GMEX) has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire an equity interest in an unnamed California-based company that develops wireless Systems-on-Chip technology and physical AI connectivity solutions for autonomous systems, according to a press release issued July 6, 2026.
