Aura completes Qoria acquisition, lists on ASX under ticker AXQ

Aura (ASX: AXQ) completed its acquisition of Qoria, formerly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker QOR, with the combined company's CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) set to begin normal trading on July 20, 2026, according to a press release.

The transaction was finalized following approval by Qoria shareholders and the Federal Court of Australia under an Australian Scheme of Arrangement. Eligible Qoria shareholders received Aura CDIs at a ratio of approximately 1 Aura CDI for every 17.32 Qoria shares held.
