Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC) announced it has launched an offering of its common stock for up to $300 million, according to a company statement. The international financial technology group set the price per share at $126.35.

Bookbuilding for the offering commenced in the week of June 15, 2026. The offering will be conducted outside the United States under Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933.
