FingerMotion, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNGR) has released details of a strategic plan developed with BlueFlare Energy Solutions Inc. to build and operate behind-the-meter AI and high-performance computing infrastructure in Canada and the United States, according to a company press release.

The plan centers on deploying modular data center capacity powered by on-site natural gas generation, bypassing public utility interconnection queues. Initial sites under evaluation are in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, where BlueFlare would act as development partner responsible for site origination, engineering, construction and ongoing operations.

FingerMotion, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNGR) announced that Lyken AI Computing Inc., in which FingerMotion holds a 9.9% equity stake, signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Singapore-based Swarmnet Solutions Pte. Ltd. on Aug. 24, 2026.

The MOU outlines an indicative framework under which Lyken would lease, host, manage, and make available a 128-node Nvidia B300 AI compute cluster to Swarmnet for inference workloads, along with token optimization services. The contemplated arrangement carries an indicative five-year term beginning at service commencement, with aggregate revenues to be determined and disclosed only upon execution of definitive agreements.

FingerMotion, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGR) CEO Jolie Kahn issued a letter to shareholders outlining the company's plans to expand into modular AI and high-performance computing infrastructure in North America, while continuing to operate its mobile data, payment, and recharge platform in China.

Kahn, who became CEO earlier in August 2026, stated the company intends to pursue smaller, modular computing facilities deployed incrementally based on contracted or demonstrable customer demand, rather than large-scale hyperscale campuses.
