(NASDAQ:FIP; the "Company" or “FTAI Infrastructure”) plans to announce its financial results for the third quarter 2026 after the closing of Nasdaq on Thursday, November 5, 2026. FTAI Infrastructure Inc. (NASDAQ: FIP) announced that its subsidiary, FTAI Energy Partners LLC, known as Jefferson, has agreed to acquire the Port Arthur Terminal in Port Arthur, Texas, and a 50% interest in a Diluent Recovery Unit in Hardisty, Alberta, from a subsidiary of USD Group LLC.

The total acquisition consideration is approximately $255 million in cash, to be financed through assumed existing indebtedness of the acquired business and a new acquisition debt facility.
