Baselode Energy completes acquisition of Forum Energy Metals

Baselode Energy Corp. (TSXV: FIND) (OTCQB: BSENF) has completed its acquisition of Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: FMC) (OTCQB: FDCFF) through a plan of arrangement under British Columbia's Business Corporations Act, the companies announced.

Under the transaction terms, Baselode acquired all outstanding Forum shares in exchange for issuing 0.3535 Baselode shares for each Forum share. The arrangement resulted in 291,627,336 issued and outstanding Baselode shares following completion.

Rebecca Hunter will serve as CEO of Baselode, which plans to change its name to Geiger Energy Corporation pending shareholder approval at a meeting scheduled for September 16, 2025. Stephen Stewart will continue as Chairman.
